Challenge
Healthcare is a critical part of our lives, yet many decisions are often based on advice from a limited circle of acquaintances, leading to dissatisfaction. Common questions like "Which hospital should I choose?", "Who is the best doctor for this condition?", and "What is the best post-surgery care?" were frequently raised during our research. There was a clear need for a broader, more informed pool of recommendations and experiences.
Solution
To address these challenges, HealthCare StoryTM was developed as a WebApp that facilitates the free flow of experience sharing. It connects patients, doctors, caretakers, and healthcare institutions, allowing users to share their stories and read others' experiences. This community-driven platform helps individuals make responsible healthcare choices and encourages healthcare providers to improve their services based on real feedback.
Concept
My Role
I played a crucial role in designing the HealthCare StoryTM website by creating mockups and prototypes that emphasized a personal touch with colors of warmth and care. I ensured the branding resonated with the platform's vision of community support and improvement. My contributions included:
